Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, customization, and development of advanced Odoo modules to meet diverse business needs.
• Conduct functional analysis to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within Odoo.
• Oversee system integrations between Odoo and third-party applications for seamless automation of business processes.
• Optimize system performance, manage PostgreSQL databases, and troubleshoot complex issues proactively.
• Guide and mentor junior developers on Odoo best practices, development standards, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, QA, and end-users to deliver complete business solutions.
• Ensure robust testing protocols through unit and integration testing, and coordinate with QA teams for defect resolution.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, functional guides, and end-user training materials.
• Lead upgrade and migration efforts across Odoo versions while ensuring business continuity and minimal downtime.
• Stay up to date with Odoo community and enterprise developments and implement best-in-class practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (both Community and Enterprise editions).
• Strong command over Python and JavaScript with the ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
• Deep understanding of the Odoo framework, ORM, and modular architecture.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, along with solid database design and optimization skills.
• Experience with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.
• Demonstrated expertise in functional consulting, including business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership in code reviews, project delivery, and cross-team collaboration.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning emerging technologies and applying them to real-world challenges.
