Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle procurement: sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, PO issuance, and delivery follow-up.
- Coordinate with boutique operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement aligned with business needs.
- Maintain and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring quality, delivery, and pricing standards.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, compliance with internal procurement policy, and audit readiness.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities that align with luxury brand standards and cost efficiency.
- Prepare monthly procurement and cost-saving reports for management.
- Ensure smooth collaboration with local and international suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience; experience in luxury retail or fashion industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Proactive, trustworthy, and highly organized with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple categories and vendors independently.
