Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle procurement: sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, PO issuance, and delivery follow-up.
  • Coordinate with boutique operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement aligned with business needs.
  • Maintain and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring quality, delivery, and pricing standards.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, compliance with internal procurement policy, and audit readiness.
  • Identify new sourcing opportunities that align with luxury brand standards and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly procurement and cost-saving reports for management.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with local and international suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience; experience in luxury retail or fashion industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Proactive, trustworthy, and highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple categories and vendors independently.
