<ul><li>&middot;Monitor and maintain employee attendance, shift schedules, and leave records for boutiques and head office staff.</li><li>Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, documentation, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee personnel files and HR records.</li><li>Assist in preparing HR reports related to attendance, headcount, recruitment status, and employee data.</li><li>Coordinate with boutique managers and department heads on HR administrative matters.</li><li>Support employee lifecycle processes, including joining, transfers, and exit formalities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.</li><li>Provides support for offboarding and exit processes, government portal administration, and employee-related documentation.</li><li>Assists in communicating HR policies, supporting managers and employees, and maintaining accurate HR records.</li></ul>MINIMUM EXPERIENCEREQUIREMENTS<ul><li>&middot; Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination or HR administration</li><li>&middot; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>&middot; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>&middot; Bilingual (Arabic &amp; English) &ndash; Arabic is a must.</li></ul>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>&middot; Experience in retail, luxury, hospitality, or multi-location organizations.</li><li>&middot; Hands-on experience with attendance management systems and recruitment coordination.</li><li>&middot; Exposure to Bahrain and/or KSA labour regulations is an advantage.</li></ul>MINIMUM EDUCATIONREQUIREMENTS<ul><li>&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>&middot; Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.</li><li>&middot; Ability to move between departments or boutiques when required.</li><li>&middot; Capability to handle standard office equipment and perform routine administrative tasks.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your expected Salary (Madatory)</li><li>What is your Notice Period (Mandatory)</li><li>Which University have you graduated from in Bahrain? </li><li>Do you have end to end Recruitment experience? </li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human Resource: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
