Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results
People:
- Create a positive team member experience
- Provides data-driven insights necessary for the Director of Digital Marketing to make informed business decisions on the Firm’s digital strategies.
- Collaborates with internal SEO team to track organic traffic acquisition metrics for target keywords and pages.
Client:
- Activates and manages analytics, tagging, tracking, and reporting across web properties.
- Configures customized analytics reports and dashboards in Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce Analytics Studio, and Salesforce/Pardot/Account Engagement reports.
- Supports the implementation of effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions for paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Generates reports of findings and presents these to senior management.
Value:
- Executes analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze customer data from multiple applications, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Configures UTM tagging for website and paid media performance across channels.
- Applies statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost productivity and revenue.
- Communicates and tracks key performance metrics across practices and regions.
- Identifies business opportunities and ensures performance goals are met.
- Keeps abreast of industry best practices and policies.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure quality and prevent discrepancies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
3 - 5 years’ experience in a Web Analytics position or similar role required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
- Ability to foster relationships with staff across departments
- Must be comfortable managing relationships with stakeholders across the company and expectations for deliverables
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy on work output
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
- Expert knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
- Expert knowledge of Google Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with other analytics tools such as Salesforce B2BMA is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Pardot, and Salesforce.
- Proficient in business intelligence tools, software, and dashboards.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics (advanced certification is preferred).
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
- Standard indoor working environment.
- Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm; interface with external vendors, developers, and clients also necessary.
- Frequent long periods of sitting while working at computer.
- Travel requirement: less than 25%.
