The Senior Business Analyst supports daily operations and executes strategic initiatives and goals established by the Property Tax Leaders. The ideal candidate will have analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong technical skills. The successful candidate will be effective in researching and reconciling issues. The Senior Analyst assists with support of the Property Tax practice and maintains software databases to ensure database and report integrity
Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan&rsquo;s Key Results
People:<ul><li>
Works with colleagues throughout the Firm to obtain required data and information.</li><li>
Demonstrates interpersonal/communication skills with Property Tax Practice and internal clients.</li><li>
Assist with training new Analysts.</li></ul>
Client:<ul><li>
Create and maintain the databases that helps in maintaining property tax data.</li><li>
Responds timely and professionally to all client requests and has daily contact with clients to establish relationships.</li><li>
Follows all applicable security policies with regard to client&rsquo;s data and documentation.</li><li>
Assists in the acquisition, extraction, and transfer of client data.</li><li>
Assists in reconciling and analyzing of client data, and performs reconciliation of client data using Microsoft&reg; Access,</li><li>
Microsoft&reg; SQL Server, and other tools.</li><li>
Assists in the preparation of the final documentation of the data project.</li><li>
Assists with the installation of custom data extraction tools.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic knowledge of Microsoft&reg; Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must also have a working knowledge of service-line software specific to the specialty area.</li></ul>

The Consultant, Business Solutions (&ldquo;Consultant&rdquo;) gathers requirements and assists in work planning, development, and validation testing for Business Solutions cross-functional enterprise initiatives and/or projects as part of an Agile and Scrum team. They work to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and specifications. This position works closely with a Project Manager, functional area Subject-Matter Experts, and team members at all levels of the Firm in both Service Delivery and Global Shared Services.

Education and Experience:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics. Must have 6 hours of Accounting or the ability to substitute technical courses for accounting hours, with a 3.0 GPA or higher, and a Major GPA of 3.25 or higher.</li><li>

The Product Manager will take part in defining a product platform which brings together a collection of focused, sophisticated, data-heavy software applications backed by expert tax professionals. The platform will be used by a spectrum of businesses, from SMBs to large multinationals, across a variety of market segments, and is comprised of a portfolio of products, which will need to be reconciled with the currently available suite of Ryan software products. 
 
Ultimately, the goal of the platform is to serve as the hub for all things tax, providing access to a network of complementary products and services.

Duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support development of product strategy and roadmaps working in conjunction with Senior Managers and Directors of Product and product team</li><li>
Build hypotheses and MVP scope to meet product goals and KPIs</li><li>
Analyze product and business data to create data-driven insights and drive iterative development</li><li>
Create a positive team member experience.</li><li>
Be responsible for direct interaction with business stakeholders, including, but not limited to, eliciting comprehensive business requirements, use cases, and recommending appropriate solutions.</li><li>
Acts as a product subject matter expert for sales and sales support</li><li>

Work closely with engineering and architecture across domains to satisfy technical integration requirements.</li><li>

Minimum of 7 years of direct work experience in a product management or business analyst capacity. Experience with Agile software delivery methodologies is required. Experience with corporate tax (indirect tax, property tax, etc.) is a plus.
