Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer with deep expertise in SEO, web development, and digital marketing—particularly paid campaigns. You will lead full-cycle website projects, manage domains and hosting, and ensure that all digital assets are fully optimized for both organic and paid performance. This hybrid role blends development with strategic marketing execution, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of code, content, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of SEO-friendly and high-converting websites
• Manage domain registration, DNS setup, hosting, and deployment workflows
• Implement on-page SEO, technical SEO, and optimize site structure for indexing and performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute paid search (PPC) and social media ad campaigns
• Integrate and maintain blogging platforms (WordPress, Ghost) and content workflows
• Configure social media sharing, tracking pixels, and campaign-specific landing pages
• Monitor and enhance site speed, mobile responsiveness, and core web vitals
• Set up and analyze Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager for campaign tracking
• Provide technical support for content teams, troubleshoot site issues, and optimize for conversions
• Keep current with best practices in SEO, SEM, and website performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
• Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frontend frameworks like React or Vue
• Proven experience with technical and on-page SEO, including structured data, canonical tags, robots.txt, etc.
• Hands-on experience with paid marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and site deployment strategies
• Strong grasp of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and plugin optimization
• Experience with domain/hosting providers (cPanel, AWS, Cloudflare)
• Familiar with ad tracking, UTM tagging, and lead conversion optimization
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital campaign tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Tag Manager
• Background in marketing funnel development, A/B testing, or CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Knowledge of web security practices
