Job Summary:

We are hiring a Site Supervisor – Aluminum & Façade with hands-on expertise in supervising the installation of curtain walls, cladding, aluminum doors/windows, and structural glazing systems. Based in Al Quoz, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site activities related to aluminum and façade system installations
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules
• Supervise labor teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient manpower allocation
• Liaise effectively with project managers, consultants, architects, and suppliers
• Conduct daily inspections to enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Ensure correct installation of curtain walls, ACP cladding, spider glazing, windows, and doors
• Track material usage and coordinate deliveries to avoid delays and reduce wastage
• Resolve site issues or technical conflicts in a timely and practical manner
• Submit detailed progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Measure and verify installation alignment and dimensions to match design specs

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in façade/aluminum system supervision
• Strong technical knowledge of aluminum façade systems (unitized, stick, curtain wall, etc.)
• Proficient in reading shop drawings and executing on-site to spec
• Excellent team management, leadership, and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license
