ABS International is hiring a results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our B2B digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect with, and nurture B2B leads
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for lead generation
- Work with the creative team to develop engaging, brand-aligned social content
- Stay updated on social media trends, ad platform changes, and performance strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media marketing and paid campaigns
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong communication and content collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Must be available for the evening shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
