Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience in the field of FIS and Retail Banking. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring they meet the needs of our retail banking clients.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for retail banking products.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of product strategies that align with client needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on FIS solutions to optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration.
  • Conduct regular product reviews and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Ensure that all product documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the sales team with product knowledge and technical expertise during client engagements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management processes.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in FIS with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Have extensive experience in the retail banking domain.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Show proficiency in project management and product lifecycle management.
