Role Overview
Were seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to respond to inbound cold email leads, qualify prospects, and close deals. This is a full-time, on-site role for a sales professional who excels at managing warm leads and converting them into long-term clients.
Youll be the first point of contact for interested prospectsengaging, qualifying, and guiding them through the sales process. This role is ideal for someone with a background in B2B digital services sales who can confidently handle discovery calls, identify client needs, and close contracts.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound cold email replies and other warm leads
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, budget, and timelines
Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
Prepare proposals and close deals in collaboration with project and delivery teams
Maintain accurate lead and deal records in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
Report on sales pipeline performance and provide insight into lead quality and messaging effectiveness

Qualifications
35+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally in a tech or digital services company
Proven ability to close B2B service contracts, especially with international clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of the digital landscape (web development, UI/UX, WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
Skilled in sales calls, proposal creation, and negotiation
Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
