We’re looking for an experienced System Technician to provide comprehensive system support, ensure proactive issue resolution, and maintain the highest standards across infrastructure, hardware, and network systems.

• Deliver L1 & L2 level administration support to ensure seamless IT operations.
  
• Troubleshoot networks, manage private cloud infrastructure, and perform centralized system backups.
  
• Assist in the setup, installation, and maintenance of servers and network components across main and remote sites.
  
• Support the system engineer in maintaining office systems, hardware, and equipment.
  
• Respond to Helpdesk tickets and carry out preventive maintenance checks.
  
• Monitor server and application logs, report issues, and ensure systems run smoothly.
  
• Assist in restoring system services and minimizing downtime.
  
• Provide technical assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and an uninterrupted workflow.
  
• Conduct regular equipment tests to detect and recommend replacements as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Information Technology.
  
• 8–10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within retail automation or similar sectors.
  
• Expertise in PC hardware, network configurations, and troubleshooting electronic equipment.
  
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, POS systems, fuel dispensers, ATG, and site controllers.
  
• Experience with serial communication protocols and industrial electricity standards.
  
• Background in oil & gas environments is highly desirable.
  
• Arabic speaker with strong communication skills in English.
  
• Valid driving license in Qatar.
  
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or technical certifications from Gilbarco or Wayne are a plus!
