Salary: Up to PKR 40,000 per month

Overview:
ABS International is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Support Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Karachi. This role offers a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience to gain practical exposure across all HR functions in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and manage job listings across various recruitment platforms, including Indeed
• Review and screen incoming applications
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates
• Support the onboarding process, including preparation of documentation and orientation materials
• Maintain accurate employee records using HR software (HRIS)
• Prepare HR documents and reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Assist in managing employee inquiries and supporting training initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Basic knowledge of HR systems and employment laws is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Preference will be given to candidates residing near Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
