Duties & Responsibilities

  • Utilize social media and professional networks to source high-quality candidates.

Job Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
