  • 10 Yrs experience in experience within coordination role and experience supporting senior executives a familiarity with technology and IT terminology is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
  • In-depth understanding of administrative and office management practices.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Familiarity with facility management principles and best practices.
  • Awareness of relevant regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
