Job Description
LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products and has now grown into a leading technology supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Technical Support Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to both internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely task management, and accurate documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. The Technical Support Associate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering high-quality service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Email Communication Support:
    Provide prompt, professional, and clear email support between the technical support team and external clients.
    Address, resolve, and close all client queries within the specified timeframe.
    Maintain a well-organized email tracking system to monitor open and resolved queries, ensuring no requests fall through the cracks.

2. Task Management & Follow-Up:
    Track assigned tasks using task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar platforms).
    Conduct regular follow-ups on pending tasks/requests to ensure timely completion.
    Provide status updates to the technical support team and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
    Ensure seamless coordination between teams to meet project deadlines.

3. Product Documentation Maintenance:
    Keep the product documentation folder up to date with the latest information.
    Organize and maintain an easy-to-navigate folder structure for all product-related files, ensuring quick access to relevant materials.
    Prepare engaging presentations for product launches or updates.
    Assist in creating training documents and training videos to support user onboarding and education.

Key Skills Required:
    Communication Skills: Strong comprehension and conversational ability in English, with the to communicate effectively via email and other professional channels.
    Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
    Technical Proficiency: Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for creating documents, presentations, and tracking tasks.
    Organizational Skills: Excellent task management and tracking abilities to ensure deadlines are met and workflows remain efficient.
    Attention to Detail: Demonstrates precision and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring no critical information is overlooked.
Additional Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate technical information.
    Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows for better efficiency.
    Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
    Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    1–2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a similar role.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) is a plus.
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
