Job Description

Grand Technology is seeking a highly creative and talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and development of innovative and user-centred digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design principles and a passion for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences. This role is based in Giza, Egypt.

Responsibilities:


* Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
* Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviours.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualise and test design concepts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
* Advocate for user-centred design principles within the organisation.
* Contribute to the development of our design system and style guide.
* Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working in an Agile development environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A passion for creating innovative and user-friendly digital experiences.
