
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries across various platforms such as social media, WhatsApp, email, and website chat.
· Assist in the execution of both offline and online marketing campaigns.
· Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and agencies to support marketing initiatives.
· Maintain records of social media content and website content, ensuring they are up-to-date.
· Manage the calendar and provide daily reminders to the creative team about upcoming special occasions and events, ensuring timely posting of greetings on social media stories without delays or omissions.
· Support the planning and execution of events, product launches, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
· Help with customer relationship management (CRM) tasks, including maintaining customer contact lists and sending follow-up communications.
· Assist in the planning and execution of photoshoots for product launches, promotional events, or exhibitions.
· Send personalized messages and emails for customer birthdays and anniversaries.
· Prepare invitation messages for customers for exhibition events and product launches.
· Call customers to invite them to exhibitions, launch events, and promotional activities.
· Maintain a record of customer queries and follow up with the sales team to ensure no complaints.
· Communicate effectively with vendors to arrange hospitality for customers during exhibitions or promotional events.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
· Freshers and experience till 3 years with Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts.
- Strong Interpersonal skills
Ability to speak and understand Arabic will be an added advantage.
