Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage client onboarding, campaign planning, execution, and regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (creative, SEO, PPC, content, social media, design) to deliver client projects.
• Present reports, analytics, and performance insights, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for each account.
• Address client concerns proactively and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and digital trends

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools
