Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our team at [Company Name], a leading provider of roadside assistance services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, dispatching assistance, and providing real-time support during emergency breakdowns. You will be the first point of contact for customers in distress, ensuring a calm, solution-oriented experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers requiring roadside assistance services.
- Gather necessary information such as vehicle details, location, and nature of the issue.
- Dispatch service providers (e.g., tow trucks, fuel delivery, jump start, tire change) promptly using internal systems.
- Track and follow up with service providers to ensure timely customer support.
- Provide clear instructions and reassurance to customers in stressful situations.
- Document customer interactions and update case details in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy at all times.
Requirements:
Education: Graduation
Experience: Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using call center systems, GPS/dispatching tools, and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Urdu
