Proto IT Consultants is looking for a skilled Cold Email Marketing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, cold email marketing, and sales outreach. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Instantly.AI and Apollo.io. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and sending targeted cold emails, scraping leads, and optimizing email campaigns to drive conversions.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute cold email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
2. Research and scrape leads using Apollo.io, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
3. Craft compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs using Instantly.AI.
4. Optimize email campaigns for better open rates, click-through rates, and response rates.
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as delivery rates, bounce rates, and spam complaints.
6. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align email campaigns with overall business objectives.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new tools in cold email marketing.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in cold email marketing, lead generation, or sales outreach.
2. Hands-on experience with Instantly.AI and Apollo.io.
3. Proven track record of success in driving conversions through cold email marketing campaigns.
4. Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
6. Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics.
7. Familiarity with sales outreach and lead generation strategies.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
