Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly intelligent, strategic, and results-driven professional to lead our compliance and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will oversee regulatory adherence, data-driven reporting, and audit processes while managing a team to ensure operational excellence. Strong expertise in compliance tracking, audit management, and MS Excel is critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance & Tracking Management:

• Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
• Lead the design of tracking systems to ensure real-time monitoring of compliance metrics.
• Identify regulatory risks and drive corrective actions.

2. Reporting & Audit Oversight:

• Supervise the preparation of executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Spearhead internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with documentation standards.
• Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for business improvement.

3. Team Leadership & Development:

• Manage and mentor a team of compliance analysts/reporting specialists.
• Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compliance and reporting goals.

4. Process Optimization & Tools:

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency. 
• Implement best practices in data management to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; 
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or financial reporting, with experience in a managerial role.
• Proven leadership ability – adept at coaching teams and driving accountability.
• MS Excel and data visualization skills
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
