Job Description

Job Overview:

Legend Motors is seeking a highly organized and creatively driven Content Coordinator to lead the planning and coordination of all content creation initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who can connect ideas to execution—someone who loves storytelling, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to bring structure to the creative process.

The Content Coordinator will be responsible for crafting storyboards and scripts, organizing content production logistics, coordinating with internal creatives (videographer/video editor and graphic designer), and sourcing influencers or talent when needed. They will also create light content themselves (e.g., behind-the-scenes, stories, and reels) and ensure everything stays on-brand, consistent, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Planning

  • Create content briefs, storyboards, and scripts based on marketing goals and campaign direction.
  • Maintain and manage the content calendar in alignment with product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brand’s tone, objectives, and priorities.

2. Coordination & Production Readiness

  • Prepare vehicles, props, and locations ahead of scheduled content shoots.
  • Coordinate shoot schedules and logistics with the in-house videographer and designer.
  • Ensure all creative assets are produced on time and meet campaign requirements.

3. Team Collaboration & Creative Oversight

  • Serve as the bridge between concept and production—translating marketing ideas into clear briefs for the video and design team.
  • Provide input and direction during shoots and ensure the creative output stays consistent with the storyboard and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee revisions and provide feedback on content drafts (video, visuals, scripts).

4. Influencer Sourcing & Collaboration

  • Identify, contact, and coordinate with relevant influencers and creators based on campaign objectives.
  • Manage influencer collaborations from briefing to content delivery and publishing.

5. Light Content Creation

  • Capture and post behind-the-scenes content, stories, or spontaneous moments during shoots.
  • Ensure constant flow of engaging, relatable content that builds a human connection with the audience.
  • Plan and execute the live videos across platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 2+ years in a similar role coordinating content production, storytelling, or campaign execution.
  • Strong creative sense and understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of video formats, social content specs, and content creation tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Instagram Reels tools).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and content collaboration processes.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills—ability to bring structure to fast-moving teams.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and strong attention to detail.
