
· Exceptional and clear communication skills in English are essential.
· At least 2 or more years of experience working with US clients in a direct role.
· Provide outstanding customer support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues via phone and email ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
· Has good analytical and problem-solving skills to deal with difficult customers at times.
· Maintain accurate records: Document customer interactions, issues and resolutions accurately in order to communicate within cross functional teams of the organization.
· Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously.
· Strong grip on MS Excel and other customer support tools.
· Collaborating with account management team to resolve issues in timely manner.
