Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing the company’s strategy while aligning accounting management results with corporate objectives.
- Contribute to setting overall goals and operational plans, ensuring alignment with company strategies.
- Suggest continuous improvements for accounting systems and processes, enhancing administrative efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
2. Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the annual accounting budget, ensuring its execution aligns with financial objectives.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Strengthen relationships with external partners while maintaining seamless internal communication to enhance coordination and efficiency.
4. Operational Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Review, update, and track financial records, ensuring accurate transaction monitoring.
- Supervise tax and accounting policies in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manage accounts payable, receivables, fixed assets, and general ledger activities efficiently.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and financial settlements.
- Maintain financial data accuracy through organized payment and reconciliation procedures.
- Supervise revenue invoicing cycles for accuracy in receivables management.
- Process various financial transactions, including bank transfers, electronic payments, and payroll.
- Oversee financial reporting related to cash flow, revenue trends, and budgeting.
- Conduct audits and inspections to assess financial risks and improve operational integrity.
5. Administrative Responsibilities
- Employee Management: Define objectives, evaluate performance, and foster team development for increased productivity.
- Policies & Reports Management: Develop policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
- Regular Reporting: Prepare and share monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with key stakeholders, highlighting financial achievements and challenges.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional Certifications:
- Preferred: CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- Preferred: Certification from the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants
- Experience: 9–13 years of relevant experience.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English
