The Job

• Responsible for the preparing of detailed firefighting and ELV drawings using CAD software
• Promote OSH awareness and culture throughout the organization.
• Preparing detailed Firefighting and ELV drawings using CAD software, ensuring precision, clarity, and adherence to project specifications NFPA standards and AHJ standards.
• Development of Hydraulic calculations flow, calculations as per the requirement of the Project.
• Supporting Presales and design team for taking out Bill of qty during tender /Execution stage
• Responsible for conducting site surveys as and when required.
• Assist in and learn the design function of projects, and assist in design projects, coordinating efforts with estimation Engineer / Design engineer for designing new projects.
• Collaborating with the presales and operations Team to develop and optimize designs, including schematics, layouts, and diagrams.
• Maintaining, updating, and distributing drawings, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
• Provide daily progress reports to superior / line manager about the work progress in a timely manner.
• Working with project managers, Operations Team and presales Team to finalise the As built drawings
• Reviewing and verifying drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of drawings, specifications, and revisions.
• Develop good relationships with clients and employees.
• Knowledge in multiple design software will be an added advantage
• Handles customer complaints in a timely manner
• Any other work assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Enthusiastic in learning new technologies and keep updates of latest market trends

Selection Criteria:

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics and communication / Electrical and Electronics from a recognized institute.
• Must have 3-4 years of technical experience.
• Possess reasonable written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with others in an effective manner.
• Possess appropriate computer skill (Auto CAD / Revit / Visio)
