*Job related duties and responsibilities description:*
*Key Responsibilities* 
As a *Front Office Executive*, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and staff, creating a positive impression and facilitating smooth operations in the front office. Your role
will support the efficiency of our Bengaluru Manyata Campus office while fostering a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and team members.<ul><li>Greet and assist clients, guests, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all visitors.</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments with efficiency and courtesy.</li><li>Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate schedules, and maintain a clean and organized front-office area.</li><li>Assist in organizing company events and team gatherings by coordinating logistics, setting up meeting spaces, and arranging necessary equipment.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Oversee mail distribution and ensure timely processing of deliveries, ensuring effective communication between departments.</li><li>Monitor and report office supply inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain an efficient office environment.</li><li>Support the HR and administrative departments by assisting in record-keeping and filing documents as required.</li></ul> 
Compulsory requirements of candidates are as followed: 
*The age limit requirement*: Minimum 25 years and Maximum 35 years.
*The physical height should be a minimum of 5 feet 6 inches tall*
*Need to be physically fit and well built.*
*Candidates should be able to speak English with a neutral accent fluently because that is going to be a major language of communications most of the time. Knowing to speak Hindi &amp; Kannada shall be an added advantage during the final decision of selection, but it is not compulsory though. However, fluent spoken English is a must and compulsory, since you shall be facing the US clients and employees as well*
*The ideal candidate for this position should have a capability to maintain a calm and firm composure in high-pressure situations.*
*Daily appearance and turnout requirements for candidates*: Well combed and well knit hair closed in a black bun behind the neck, without any cosmetics and make up face look, a cleanly manicured and pedicured and neatly cut fingernails and toenails which are maintained without any nail paints or colors, cleanly washed and ironed uniform, without wearing the jewelry on body, or any type and kind of religious ritualistic symbols being displayed on body, daily polished shoes, daily bathing, personal hygiene, etc. are all essential while on duty.*
*Education Requirements of the candidates*: Minimum Graduate in any stream from a recognised institution of India. Certifications in skillsets like Fire Training, Baggage checking , First Aid , etc shall be an added advantage, though it is not a compulsory requirement.
*Experience Requirements of the Candidates*: Proven experience in the administrative
department for at least 1-2 years. If that experience happens to be in Front office management, then it shall be preferable but not compulsory though. The candidate should have thorough knowledge of security processes, procedures, and SOPs to be followed by the receptionist in case of emergency security threat related situations. 
*Required Skills and Qualifications* 
Our ideal Front Office Coordinator will possess strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, helping to maintain an organized and friendly front office experience. Here are the essential skills and qualifications for success in this role:<ul><li> 
Need an above average proficiency in MS Office, particularly power point presentations related techniques. <div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Job Title: Fire &amp; Safety Officer</h2>

Department: Fire &amp; Safety / Security Operations 

Location: Client Premises (Pan-India deployment) 

Reporting To: Site In-charge / Security Manager / Client EHS Head 


<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Objective of the Role:</h3>

To lead and manage the fire &amp; safety function at the client site, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and client policies, supervising the fire safety team (Firemen &amp; Fire Supervisors), and ensuring readiness for any emergency through prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery measures. 


<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities:</h3>

1. Leadership &amp; Team Management
<ul><li>
Lead, mentor, and supervise Fire Supervisors and Firemen deployed at the site.</li> 
<li>
Prepare duty rosters, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance of the fire safety team.</li> 
<li>
Conduct regular briefing and debriefing sessions to align team on safety priorities.</li> 
<li>
Evaluate training needs of team members and coordinate refresher courses.</li></ul> 


2. Fire Prevention &amp; Risk Assessment
<ul><li>
Carry out site-wide fire risk assessments in line with the National Building Code (NBC) and client requirements.</li> 
<li>
Identify fire hazards, assess risk levels, and implement preventive measures.</li> 
<li>
Ensure the correct storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials.</li> 
<li>
Maintain updated fire hazard maps and fire exit plans for the premises.</li></ul> 


3. Compliance &amp; Documentation
<ul><li>
Ensure strict compliance with local Fire Department regulations, NBC, Factories Act (if applicable), and client-specific fire safety protocols.</li> 
<li>
Prepare and maintain fire safety records including equipment inspection logs, incident reports, and drill attendance sheets.</li> 
<li>
Liaise with statutory bodies for periodic inspections and NOC renewals.</li> 
<li>
Prepare monthly and quarterly fire safety reports for client and G4S management.</li></ul> 


4. Emergency Preparedness &amp; Response
<ul><li>
Act as Incident Commander during any fire/emergency until relieved by civil authorities.</li> 
<li>
Oversee emergency evacuations, ensuring safe and quick clearance of occupants.</li> 
<li>
Coordinate directly with local fire brigade, ambulance services, and other emergency responders.</li> 
<li>
Investigate fire incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.</li></ul> 


5. Equipment &amp; Infrastructure Maintenance
<ul><li>
Oversee inspection, testing, and maintenance of all firefighting and fire detection systems (hydrants, sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers, fire pumps, control panels).</li> 
<li>
Approve and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.</li> 
<li>
Ensure adequate stock of firefighting consumables and PPE.</li></ul> 


6. Training &amp; Awareness
<ul><li>
Plan and conduct site-wide fire drills, evacuation exercises, and mock emergency scenarios at least once every quarter.</li> 
<li>
Deliver toolbox talks and awareness sessions to employees, contractors, and visitors.</li> 
<li>
Train the fire safety team in advanced firefighting techniques, rescue operations, and use of breathing apparatus.</li></ul> 


<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications &amp; Experience:</h3>
<ul><li>
Education: Graduate in any discipline with Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Fire &amp; Industrial Safety from a recognized institute.</li><li> 
Preferred Certifications: 
<ul><li>
State Fire Service Certification</li> 
<li>
NEBOSH / IOSH Safety Certification (desirable)</li> 
<li>
First Aid &amp; CPR Certification</li></ul></li><li> 
Experience: Minimum 5&ndash;8 years in fire safety operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or officer role in industrial, commercial, or high-rise premises.</li></ul> 


<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Skills &amp; Competencies:</h3>

Strong leadership and decision-making ability during crises.</li> 
<li>
In-depth knowledge of firefighting systems, emergency response protocols, and safety legislations.</li>

On-site presence with rotational shift oversight as per client operations.</li>

Must remain reachable and on-call 24&times;7 for emergencies.</li></ul>
