 You will act as the primary technical consultant, translating complex client requirements into effective, commercially viable security solutions.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Business Development:
 
 Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through active prospecting and client engagement.

 Technical Consulting:
 
 Conduct site assessments and risk evaluations to design and present tailored security solutions.

 System Expertise:
 
 Lead solution design and demonstrations for enterprise-grade physical security systems, including:

 IP-based CCTV &amp; Video Management Systems (VMS)
 </li>

 Access Control &amp; Biometric Systems

 Screening Equipment (X-Ray, Metal Detectors)

 Sales Management:
 
 Prepare technical and financial proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve defined sales targets.

 Collaboration:
 
 Coordinate closely with project and implementation teams to ensure seamless post-sale execution.

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>

 Education:
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electronics, Communications, or Electrical Engineering (or related technical field).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 Minimum of 3 years as a Sales Engineer in Physical Security Solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Screening Systems).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 Proven success in designing and selling integrated security systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Soft Skills:
 
 Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Mobility:
 
 Field-based role requiring regular client site visits.
 </li>

Technical Sales Engineer

 The Sales Executive - ESS is responsible for the business development and sales &amp; marketing functions across the G4S Oman ESS division. He will lead a team of technical sales professionals including design and estimation and will develop and execute a product/service based business plan for the Division which will directly link to the annual sales revenue and profitability objectives. In addition the role will be tasked to grow the ESS business in line with the aggressive Country targets of the Sales Director. He/she must deliver year on year growth and lead entry into new sectors and markets.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, direct, manage and oversee all aspect of the sales function, developing persuasive sales collateral, value propositions and winning proposal templates
 </li>
 <li>
 Play a key role in ensuring compliance with the company's CRM sales management tool.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set the sales and marketing budget in coordination with the Sales Director and track and control sales and margin performance and keep it within a set budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 In coordination with the ESS Operations Directors, take ownership of high value opportunities and manage the successful submission of large value bids.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets working with our global sector heads to deliver high value, turn key solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set key performance measures for the ESS team for monitoring performance of the Division.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build market and competitor information and ensure that it is kept up to date and relevant.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the business at conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs and networking events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop key business partnership with partners, suppliers and clients and major integrated ESS bids.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop short and long term business strategies for delivering the company's key objectives leveraging the ESS Division's unique service offerings.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Engineering degree/diploma holder in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or its equivalents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 10 years sales experience; with last 5 years on managerial level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrable successful experience in a senior sales role managing both sales and marketing functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrable managerial sales experience in Extra Low Voltage Security Systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess comprehensive knowledge of Security Systems like CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Gate Barrier, Intruder Alarm Systems, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven successful sales track record.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business and commercial acumen
 </li>

Conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials.</li><li>
Creating digital documents from paper or dictation.</li><li>
Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.</li><li>
Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups.</li><li>
