The Role
HR Business Partner – Riyadh, KSA Our client is a Riyadh based Facilities Management company. They are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team. The role will be to cover their KSA operation. THE ROLE: • To manage direct reports within the HR team • Provide all HR functions to the company (Employee Relations, Payroll, Comp and Ben, Recruitment, Performance management, Disciplinary procedures) • Provide HR Investigations in case of Ethic Case /situation related to HR Domains • Participate in HR projects • Ensure the recruitment activity for KSA In return our client will offer an excellent salary, plus additional benefits and the opportunity to join a stable and reputable organization, one that can offer stability, long-term employment and the chance to develop within this organization.

Requirements

• HR experiences, ideally as a HR Manager or business partner • Fluent in Arabic and English. • Able to deal with both strategy and operations • Comfortable in Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits. • Knowledge of labor law, legal matters.
