Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Help with onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities
  • Assist in drafting HR documents, letters, and reports
  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Conduct market research on HR trends and best practices
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in HR functions and employee engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
