Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Controller to manage and monitor our stock of automotive spare parts and workshop supplies. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory levels, minimize discrepancies, and support efficient parts availability for service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of required spare parts and materials.
• Perform regular stock counts (cycle counts and full audits) and investigate any variances.
• Update inventory records in the system and ensure all transactions are accurately documented.
• Coordinate with the Spare Parts Buyer and Workshop team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Manage goods receiving, stock issuance, transfers, and returns in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory items.
• Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock and suggest corrective actions.
• Generate inventory reports and assist in forecasting demand based on usage trends.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the parts storage area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or stock management, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AutoLine).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
