We are seeking an organized and efficient OCM Lab Samples Login administrator to join our team in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the intake and documentation of laboratory samples for our Oil, Chemical, and Materials (OCM) division.

• Accurately log and track incoming laboratory samples using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage of samples according to established protocols
• Maintain detailed records of sample information, including origin, type, and testing requirements
• Coordinate with laboratory technicians and scientists to prioritize sample processing
• Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to sample login and tracking
• Generate reports and maintain databases for sample management and inventory control
• Assist in developing and implementing improved sample management procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient sample flow and timely processing
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements in handling laboratory samples

• Proven experience (2-3 years) in laboratory sample management or a related field
• Proficiency in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and MS Office suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
• Understanding of laboratory processes and sample management procedures
• Familiarity with OCM (Oil, Chemical, and Materials) industry terminology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
