Job Description 
Core Responsibilities
I. Management System Implementation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
System Maintenance: Implement and maintain the company's HSE Management System to ensure continuous compliance with established standards, specifically ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management).</li><li>
Regulatory Assurance: Ensure all operations strictly comply with applicable local regulations, client-specific HSE requirements, and internal HSE policies and procedures.</li><li>
Documentation Control: Maintain stringent control over all HSE documentation, including reports, checklists, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring accuracy and coordination with the HSE Manager.</li></ul>
II. Site Operations &amp; Risk Control<ul><li>
Inspections &amp; Audits: Conduct regular, thorough site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and verify control measures are effective.</li><li>
Risk Mitigation: Actively participate in the formal Risk Assessment process and review the issuance of Permit to Work (PTW) documents to ensure high-risk activities are safely controlled.</li><li>
Safety Promotion: Proactively monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and champion initiatives that foster a strong, proactive safety culture among employees and contractors.</li><li>
Corrective Action: Coordinate with site management and departmental heads to effectively close out all safety observations and audit findings in a timely manner.</li></ul>
III. Incident Management &amp; Training<ul><li>
Incident Response: Support the HSE Manager in all phases of incident investigation, including site assessment, data collection, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and developing robust corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>
Training &amp; Awareness: Deliver essential HSE training, including site inductions, toolbox talks, and targeted awareness sessions for all site personnel and external contractors.</li><li>
Emergency Preparedness: Support and participate in the planning and execution of emergency preparedness drills to ensure site teams are ready to respond effectively to potential crisis scenarios.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Essential Experience &amp; Education<ul><li>
Academic: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, Science, or a closely related technical field.</li><li>
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of dedicated HSE experience, preferably gained within challenging industrial, port, marine, or service-sector environments.</li><li>
Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001 &amp; ISO 14001 documentation requirements and internal/external audit processes.</li><li>
HSE Systems: Excellent foundational understanding of risk assessment methodologies, incident reporting protocols, and overall safety documentation systems.</li></ul>
Needed From Point of View (Key Competencies)<ul><li>
Certification: NIOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent professional HSE certification is highly preferred and will be weighted heavily in the selection process.</li><li>
Communication: Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) is mandatory due to the multi-site, potentially international client environment.</li><li>
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office suite and demonstrable familiarity with modern HSE reporting and management tools.</li><li>
Accuracy &amp; Detail: The ability to exhibit high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation is crucial for maintaining legal and regulatory integrity.</li><li>
Proactivity: Must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities autonomously while remaining fully committed to the highest standards of safety and environmental protection.</li></ul>

Drive a company vehicle, to deliver or pick up client samples and packages within a specified area. Directly reports to Client Service Supervisor, Client Ambassador or Director of Operations.
JOB FUNCTIONS<ul><li>
Operate on a routed schedule for pick up and/or delivery of materials within established timeframes</li><li>

Compensation
