Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Media Buyer to lead the execution, optimization, and scaling of paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities to maximize performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and others.

  • Develop, test, and scale paid media strategies tailored to client objectives across B2C and/or B2B segments.

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to provide guidance on ad copy, visuals, and video assets based on performance metrics and audience behavior.

  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, placements, and landing pages.

  • Develop robust media plans and forecasts that align with monthly and quarterly performance goals.

  • Build and maintain clear, detailed performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders and clients.

  • Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new advertising features across paid media channels.

  • Monitor pixel implementations, conversion tracking, and event setups to ensure accurate measurement and attribution.

  • Manage day-to-day campaign budgets and pacing to ensure campaigns are spending efficiently and aligned with overall budget strategy.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and targeting strategy.

  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns, taking corrective actions to ensure results.

  • Participate in strategy sessions, brainstorming meetings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in performance media buying and digital marketing.

  • Proven experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and others.

  • Strong knowledge of media buying best practices, attribution models, and conversion tracking.

  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific dashboards.

  • Ability to manage large budgets, multiple campaigns, and dynamic performance goals.

  • Exceptional communication, reporting, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
