Fables Interiors is seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to support the MD with day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across the office. This role combines executive assistance with social media management, HR, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and personal support to the Managing Director
- Manage and coordinate the MD’s daily calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle the MD’s and company’s social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Draft communications, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the MD
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
- Support and manage HR and general admin responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and documents
- Use MS Excel for reporting, data management, and HR tracking
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in an admin/HR support role
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with managing social media platforms
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
- UAE Driving License is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
License/Certification:
- Driving License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
