Job Description

As a Quality Control Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to delivering superior products and services. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all production processes meet stringent quality standards. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes across production stages effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and products.
• Identify discrepancies and areas needing improvements within quality measures.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assessments and reports.
• Analyze data for trends and provide insights for process improvements.
• Train and support staff in quality control procedures and best practices.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management on quality metrics.
• Facilitate root cause analysis to prevent future quality issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding quality expectations and requirements.
• Lead quality-related projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years experience in quality control or a similar role necessary.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
• Proficiency with quality management software and strong computer skills needed.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
