The Role

We are looking for a client-facing Residential Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of marketing campaigns for key development projects across the Middle East. This role involves managing project branding, strategy, and execution — from concept to launch — in close collaboration with developers, sales teams, and creative partners. The ideal candidate will drive high-impact campaigns, that generate leads, support sales, and elevate project positioning in both local and international markets.


Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Client-facing service and project management for local residential development schemes
  • Client relationship management – run and manage client meetings, propose and deliver on weekly action points to keep campaign momentum
  • Develop marketing strategies, in response to client’s briefs and in line with project requirements, to promote UAE projects within the ME and to international markets
  • Produce the branding, positioning, and relevant collaterals to promote residential projects, coordinating with external agencies and resources where relevant, as well as internal design and content leads
  • Propose and create marketing plans, including PR, social media, digital channels, and other activities, to deliver leads for residential projects
  • Manage and execute project launch events and bespoke activities across ME, collaborating with events agencies where relevant
  • Creation of Scope of Works and agency briefing documents to provide clear direction, actions and timelines for external suppliers to respond to
  • Delivery management of all required project collaterals, on time and on budget, including but not limited to landing pages, websites, EDMs, fact sheets, floorplans, social media assets, display ads, press kits
  • Propose and manage budgets relating to campaign and project deliverables, including monthly invoicing
  • Setup, measure and report on residential project marketing campaigns, in coordination with external agencies and internal teams
  • Review campaign performance and propose ways to evolve and improve through data-led insights
  • Ensure Marketing Generated Leads (MGL) are passed to the sales team, managed, and have feedback provided in order for campaigns to be appropriately evolved
  • Ensure sales are constantly updating and maximising the use of in-house CRM tools, such as but not limited to HubSpot and Goyzer
  • Work with Residential Marketing teams around the group to extract best practices and initiatives that further enhance UAE Residential Marketing processes & procedures

In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience


  • Min. of 5-year experience in Real Estate Marketing
  • Experience in working with large cross-functional developer and/or real estate professional service firm and/or global prime real estate agency
  • Track record of developing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns achieving high ROI, on time and within budget
  • Client facing experience with exampled relationship building skills
  • Experience in using a combination of data and creative judgement to inform planning and tactical decision making
  • Previous experience utilising marketing tools within CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
  • Strong project management and delivering execution excellence
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms, a track record of distilling actionable insights from data
  • An adaptable and flexible style of collaborating and communicating with key stakeholders
  • The ability to think conceptually and write a clear creative brief that inspires supplier agencies or our design team to produce materials that will appeal to the client
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and reliable
  • Can-do attitude with ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, as required
  • High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Canva & Excel. Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge and kills area a bonus
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license
