Systems Limited is looking for SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) & Procurement Lead, with a core focus on SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba. They will be responsible for driving growth strategy, delivering client excellence, building high-performing consulting teams, and expanding market presence in SCM and procurement transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the SAP SCM & Procurement team with a focus on SAP Ariba and S/4HANA solutions.
• Build, mentor, and scale a world-class consulting team; provide strategic and operational leadership.
• Drive business development efforts, including client engagement, solutioning, and proposal development.
• Serve as executive sponsor on key accounts; ensure delivery excellence and long-term client relationships.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for digital procurement and supply chain transformation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align SAP capabilities with the broader consulting portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master's or equivalent advanced degree.
• 15+ years in SAP consulting with a proven track record in SCM, Procurement, and SAP Ariba transformation programs.
• Extensive leadership experience building and managing consulting teams and practices.
• Functional and technical expertise in SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management) and S/4HANA SCM.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in leading sales pursuits and managing P&L.
• Exceptional client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
