Job Description

Systems Limited is looking for Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant who will act as a strategic partner to the sales team, playing a pivotal role in identifying customer needs and developing compelling CRM and eCommerce solutions on the Salesforce platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the sales team to identify client needs and develop compelling Salesforce CRM /Ecommerce proposals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations showcasing Competency capabilities.
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into solution designs.
  • Develop and deliver technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and support sales bids.
  • Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting role focused on Salesforce CRM or eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and/or Salesforce Platform.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience in proposal writing, RFP/RFI responses, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
