Experience :-

• 8-10 years of Experience in Mechanical maintenance of Manufacturing plant.

• Exposure to heavy engineering /continuous process plants like Cement, Steel, Ceramics or Glass Mfg. sector
• Experience in maintenance of rotating equipment, Dryer/ Ovens, Blowers/Fans, Material handling equipment like Hoppers Feeder, Silos, Bucket elevators, Screw, Belt, Rollers & Chains Conveyers etc.

• Experience in maintenance of Screws and centrifugal Pumps, Chillers and piping.

• Experience in working with Pneumatic and Hydraulic system and controls.
• Experience in precision measurements and alignments.
• Ability to handle minor fabrication tasks.
• Exposure to WCM/TPM will be added advantage.
• Exposure to an in-house project will be added advantage
• Exposure to burner maintenance, maintenance of Vertical Mills and Compressor /Air Dryer will be added advantage
• Exposure to safety and work permit system.
• Boom lift driving license will be additional advantage.

Skills :-

• Good communication & writing skills in English.

• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawing at a detailed level
• Work under pressure & well-developed trouble shooting capability.
• Should be able to use Email, MS office & reporting system
• Ability to learn and adapt
