Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts to attract target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to customer inquiries, and build brand loyalty.
  • Prepare reports on key performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
  • Skills: Canva, Effects, Premier Pro software and similar.
