Job Overview

We are hiring a Solar Supervisor to lead our on-site solar installation teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor solar installation activities on site
• Conduct site assessments and resolve potential issues
• Ensure daily progress and prevent delays
• Implement quality control procedures
• Manage tools, materials, and coordinate procurement
• Train junior technicians and guide field teams
• Communicate effectively with clients and handle inquiries

Requirements

• DAE or B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics
• 2–3 years of experience in solar installation and team supervision
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Technical knowledge of solar systems
• Proficiency in Urdu and English
