We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Specialist - Employee Services to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for enhancing the employee experience and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organization.
As a Specialist in Employee Services, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing support for various HR-related inquiries and processes. Your focus will be to promote a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, policy interpretations, and benefits administration
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Coordinate employee services programs, including wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking progress and coordination of reviews
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the employee services function
- Assist in organizing company-wide events and activities to foster engagement and a positive workplace culture
- Stay informed about industry best practices and HR trends to enhance service delivery

Provide support with exit interviews and analysis of employee feedback to inform retention strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR or employee services
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving employee services
- Team-oriented with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture
- Desire to grow and develop within the HR field
