What is Specialist Digital Services?

This is not your average telco role. As Specialist Digital Services, you'll be at the forefront of Jazz's digital evolution transforming legacy Value-Added Services (VAS) into cutting-edge digital platforms that excite users and drive revenue.

You'll work with an agile and collaborative squad including product, marketing, BI, segments, partnerships, and tech to build experiences that our customers love. This role reports directly to the Stream Head Digital Services and is backed by a strong team of two passionate members.

What Does the Specialist Digital Services do?

• You'll be the digital game-changer responsible for:
• Crafting bold, user-centric strategies to evolve our digital services portfolio
• Designing and executing monetization models, subscription, freemium, transactional, or ad-based, with a sharp focus on performance
• Tracking and optimizing KPIs that matter: revenue, DAU/MAU, churn, and engagement
• Collaborating with BI, Pricing, and Data Science to build robust forecasting and personalization engines
• Transforming legacy VAS (IVR, SMS, FLASH MESSAGE) into smart, app-based platforms
• Creating seamless user journeys powered by design, data, and human insight
• Launching loyalty and gamification engines that keep users coming back for more
• Owning AdTech revenue levers while ensuring data privacy compliance
  
  
  

Key deliverables:

• Revenue Growth: Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual digital targets
• Digital Shift: Drive the roadmap for transforming legacy services to digital-first
• Monetization: Innovate and scale ad-based and transactional revenue streams
• Engagement & Retention: Improve DAU/MAU, reduce churn, and boost service stickiness
• UX Upgrades: Make experience smoother through behavioral insights and A/B testing
• Partnership Expansion: Unlock strategic alliances to scale digital products
• Data-Driven Decisions: Build dashboards, report performance, and fuel continuous improvement

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Digital Services ?

You're not just a digital enthusiast, you're a customer-obsessed optimizer , a growth strategist , and a product thinker with a keen eye for innovation.

Must-Haves:

• Strong grip on telco services and market dynamics
• 2+ years of overall experience (at least 1 year managing telecom service/ VAS platforms)
• Experience in Segments or Pricing will be a strong plus
• Solid command of data analytics & reporting (Power BI proficiency required)
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments
• Clear understanding of customer needs and delivering solutions that matter
  
  

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• Digital Marketing Certification (preferred)
