Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with a specialized background in setting up co-working spaces to join our team on a 3-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, logistics, procurement, and facility setup tailored to dynamic, modern co-working environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain planning and execution for the setup of new co-working spaces.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage vendors and suppliers for furniture, IT infrastructure, utilities, and operational services.
• Oversee procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, and IT to align project timelines and budgets.
• Design and implement inventory control systems for office supplies and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and sustainability requirements throughout the supply chain.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ongoing operations post-setup.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Supply Chain Consultant or Manager, preferably with hands-on involvement in co-working space or commercial office setups.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, vendor management, and operational planning.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
