Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to support recruitment goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key requirements for job vacancies.
- Utilize various online platforms and databases to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate the suitability of potential candidates.
- Engage with passive candidates through targeted outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the recruitment database.
- Actively participate in recruitment events and job fairs to connect with talent.
- Provide regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipeline status.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify new sourcing techniques.
- Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
