Driving product plans, strategy, and delivering profitability for the business.
Develop the comprehensive business plans and own End -To-End execution of the products to achieve annual and multi-year growth targets for Sales, while improving customer experiences.
· Develop, implement and enhance engineering standards.
· Provide technical support and advice for all engineering operations within the portfolio.
· Drive product development, product plan development, define and execute multi-year product roadmap, and product line strategy.
· Own the execution of new product introduction (NPI) programs including all product development activities from concept to final production.
· Drive cross functional teams including Technology, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Commercial to deliver on NPI programs; including finalizing product specifications, technical and agency requirements, product approvals and agency listings/testing.
· Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to identify market needs and develop /execute the NPIs; including support of content development, User manuals, installation guides, service manual, submittal sheets, Press releases etc.
· Support continuous quality and manage sales and technical training Programs for Internal team (Sales & Marketing and Production) and External (Client, Consultants & Contractors).
· Work closely with sales team to develop distribution channels and attend customer external sales meeting.
· Successfully lead product development projects of various fire safety products & air distribution products.

Experience:
- HVAC product development: 4 years (Preferred)
- product approvals and agency listings/testing: 3 years (Preferred)
- HVAC Technical training : 3 years (Preferred)
