Position Title: Transmission Engineer – Asset Management
Location: Saudi Arabia
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Asset Management, Maintenance & Reliability, System Design, Protection, or related areas
Monthly Salary Package: 10,000 up to 20,000 SAR MAX .

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of high-voltage equipment (e.g., transformers, circuit breakers, protection systems)
• Practical experience with ISO 55001 Asset Management Systems
• Experience with RCM, FMEA, and failure data analysis
• Familiarity with asset investment planning tools (IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Copperleaf)
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) / IAM Certificate (desirable)
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
• ISO 55001 Lead Auditor Certification

Language Requirements: English (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Asset Management Plans for transmission infrastructure
• Recommend refurbishment, replacement, and maintenance strategies
• Conduct asset criticality assessments and long-term planning
• Support cross-functional teams in engineering, protection, and maintenance
• Analyze failure data to improve asset reliability
• Monitor KPIs and assess asset performance and maintenance effectiveness
• Implement lifecycle management practices across the asset portfolio
• Align activities with ISO 55001 and participate in maturity assessments
• Contribute to audits and benchmarking
• Engage vendors and consultants in project execution and technology updates
