As a Production Control (PC) Support Specialist for Attack and Utility aircraft maintenance, you'll play a vital role in daily operations data recording. As a ULLS-A(E) Administrator, you'll provide essential operations and user maintenance support services, ensuring proper processes are in place to operate, sustain, and manage ULLS-A(E). Leveraging key references like DA PAM 738-751, AR 700-138, and TC 3-04.7, you'll offer functional and technical assistance across various ULLS-A(E) STAMIS components such as Logbook, Quality Control, Production Control, Back Shops, PTLS/PTWS, Commanders Dashboard, Deployable Server, Supply, and Information Technology. Additionally, you'll conduct on-the-job training for personnel as needed, always prioritizing safety in all operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that ULLS-A(E) maintenance functional activities and procedures are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness (OR) rates IAW contractual requirements.
- Responsible for the establishment of ULLS-A(E) maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports (daily, monthly, yearly) that provide immediate situational awareness of platform OR rates.
- Establish daily ULLS-A(E) maintenance organizational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated operational readiness rates.
- Work within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards, and measures; reports in IAW the quality control inspection program for all maintenance and in coordination with Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities.
- Attend the daily production control meeting for coordination and synchronization of all ULLS-A(E) aviation maintenance support functions.
- Other duties as assigned and or directed by management.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred.

Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in ULLS-A(E) in Army aviation organizations required.
- Independence: Follows instructions of the Aviation PC Manager. Authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of ULLS-A(E) duties and responsibilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Army Aviation maintenance principles and Army Maintenance Management System- Aviation (TAMMS-A).
- Proficient in the use of aviation enterprise logistic systems, computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- DD214 required for military experience.
- Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc.
- Strong knowledge of military logistics procedures and regulations.
