Pest Controller Lead

Facility Maintenance Lead

This position will perform all Desk Operations functions for the PMO that deal with dispatching initial response to accidents or incidents, providing emergency notifications IAW notification matrix provided by the USG, and plotting recording responses to accidents and incidents. Coordinate with the US Army Crimes Record Center (CRC) for the submission of appropriate Military Police Reports (MPRs) IAW AR 190-45 and CRC policies and procedures. Monitor IDS (intrusion detector system) and CCTVs (closed-circuit television systems).</div>

Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams in mission-critical environments.</li><li>
Knowledge of Air Force CE standards, DoD facility requirements, and AFCAP contract structures.</li><li>
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, dispute resolution, and compliance management.</li><li>
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.</li><li>
