Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Candidate will be responsible for supporting the NCTAMS, serving as technical advisor to government and other contractor personnel. Conducts on site troubleshooting and maintenance for multiple communications systems and provides training on new and existing systems.</li><li>
Coordinate repair of installed baseband communications systems and ancillary equipment.</li><li>
Support shore-based facilities to ensure those facilities are fully operational to meet the requirements of fleet units/ships assigned permanently or temporarily to the AOR. Support fleet units/ships as required to ensure connectivity to naval networks, NIPRNET, SIPRNET and SCI.</li><li>
Provide on-site engineering and technical support for the integration of new hardware and software upgrades.</li><li>
Provide recommendations for improvement or alternative communications strategies.</li><li>
Assist in conducting preliminary testing after integration and configuration after site upgrades and modifications.</li><li>
Provide Information Assurance System (IA) administration support for ADNS, ADMS, HSGR, and NTWAN systems.</li><li>

Qualifications:

Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer 3 (Ashore) - active TS clearance

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>The Contractor Production Controller works in conjunction with FRCSW DLM Production Control shop leads/supervisors assuring daily production and maintenance objectives are achieved. Responsibilities include ordering components/parts/consumable/hardware, staging aircraft components/modification kits, tracking shortages, assisting in resolving constraints, generating reporting data and coordinating across organizational lines as needed for assuring success.</li><li>
The contractor will be assigned in the F-18 Program, Building 36, and will generally be ordering, receiving, and issuing parts, and general supplies. Contractor will be trained, and expected to learn, to fully utilize the current operating computer systems (i.e., CONOPS, MTO) to account for all governments supplies and inventory records for all parts in warehouses and storerooms.</li><li>
Contractor personnel shall be able to use computer systems to ensure all repair parts are accurately ordered, received, and issued.</li><li>
For supplies they provide warehousing, inventory management and transportation skills.</li><li>
Duties include ordering, receiving, and issuing parts, general supplies; current operating computer systems (i.e., CONOPS, MTO) to account for all governments supplies and inventory records for all parts in warehouses and storerooms.</li><li>

Electrician Journeyman

Shall use, maintain, and update a Sustainment Management System (SMS), currently BUILDER, capable of batch filing and producing reports that meet the requirements of this PWS. BUILDER is a web-based software application to help civil engineers, technicians, and managers decide when, where, and how to best maintain building infrastructure. The candidate shall manage and administer functions of the BUILDER SMS database to ensure optimum access and usage of the database, and to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and currency of the data. The candidate shall input and provide quality assurance of all necessary database entries in conjunction with other squadron flights.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Shall provide and maintain asset visibility of all facilities at the facility level and at the three subordinate levels (below facility level) through the detailed inventory of the facility systems, components, and component-sections that comprise each facility. Shall maintain, update, and create detailed inventory data on all Type B, S, and LS facilities.</li><li>
