The role of the Technical Control/ Help Desk Technician is to assist customers who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services residing on the Classified and Unclassified networks. The DISA Technical Control/Help Desk technician is responsible for operating and maintaining Technical Control Facilities (TCF) supporting DISA-managed circuits and systems. This role ensures reliable long-haul communications, compliance with DISA standards, and timely restoration of services. The Technical Control/Help Desk Technician shall be the POC for all local enterprise systems issues, create and/or manage trouble tickets, using the EITaaS and WOMS, monitor status and report outages to higher HQs as required. Technical Control/Help Desk Technicians work in a team environment on routine maintenance tasks as well as providing customers with training and solutions to more complex issues.</div>
Responsibilities:

Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Administrative Logistics Specialist

What You'll Do:
</b></div><ul><li>The Assistant Controller is a key member of our Finance &amp; Accounting team, responsible for comprehensive program and financial accounting for multiple government contracts within the Aerospace Division. This hands-on leadership role ensures fiscal compliance, program cost accuracy, robust internal controls, and timely reporting in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and company policies.</li></ul><div><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for assigned government programs, ensuring precision in financial reporting, cost allocation, and revenue recognition (ASC 606).</li><li>
Directly supervise and mentor accounting staff responsible for program financials, and audit support.</li><li>
Prepare, review, and approve complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and schedules; ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS and CAS.</li><li>
Serve as the primary financial liaison for DCAA/DCMA auditors; coordinate audit preparation, respond to audit requests, and resolve findings.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with program managers, contracts, supply chain, and executive leadership on program performance, funding requirements, and contract compliance.</li><li>
Oversee timekeeping, labor distribution, and cost segregation processes to maintain accounting integrity and ongoing audit readiness.</li><li>
Assist in policy and procedure development to strengthen internal controls and compliance framework.</li><li>
Support and lead ERP/accounting system implementations and process enhancements (preferably SAP S4 Hanna).</li><li>
Participate in budget development, forecasting, and trending analyses for government-funded programs.</li><li>

Qualifications:
