Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise vessel loading and unloading operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and terminal procedures.
• Coordinate with vessel crews, stevedores, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo operations and performance.
• Optimize vessel turnaround times and manage resources.
• Inspect equipment and safety measures during operations.
• Report operational performance to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the shipping/port industry.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
