Position: Accounts & Finance Executive

Experience: 1-2 years

Qualification: Professional certification such as CA / CMA / ACCA Part Qualified preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, manage cash flow, and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and budgeting, identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving financial efficiency.
• Inventory Control: Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and ensure accurate inventory accounting.
• Vendor Relations: Manage financial aspects of vendor relationships, including payment terms, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations.
• Audit & Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist in internal and external audits.
• Financial Planning: Support strategic financial planning, providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and market trends.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and overall efficiency.
• Data Analysis: Utilize financial data and analytics to monitor performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of financial activities.
• Team Leadership: Assist in training and mentoring junior finance staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

• Professional certification such as CA / CMA / ACCA Part Qualified preferred).
• Proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
